The Everman Municipal Court adjudicates Class C misdemeanor offenses and
city ordinance violations punishable by fine only. The Court Office is located in the
Everman City Hall and is staffed with a Court Clerk who can assist you daily. The
Court Clerk is not a licensed attorney and CANNOT provide you with legal advice!
The Municipal Court accepts cash, checks and money orders as a form of payment
You have ten (10) calendar days from the date of your citation to either pay the
citation, make a payment plan or set your citation for court. You will need to make an
appearance in person, by mail or by attorney representation by your appearance date.
THE GREAT WARRANT ROUND UP!
The City of Everman has joined representatives of law enforcement agencies and court from more than 250 Jurisdictions across Texas announcing their combined efforts to host the third annual Great Texas Warrant Round Up. The Texas Warrant Round Up will begin February 19, 2010.
The Round Up is designed to target thousands of defendant's with traffic, parking, city ordinance, penal code and higher charge warrants from participating jurisdictions.
Specific information as to the number of outstanding warrants, how to take care of warrant's prior to arrest, and any other special Round Up activities or events may be obtained by contacting the Municipal Court at (817) 293-0525 or (817) 293-0588. Affected individuals are strongly urged to contact the Municipal Court during the next two weeks to dispose of their cases voluntarily to avoid the inconvenience and embarrassment of arrest at home or work, in front of family, friends or co-workers.

La Corte Municipal de la cuidad de Everman esta participando conjuntamente con el Departamento de Policia de Everman, el condado Tarrant y con mas de 300 agencias de seguridad publicas alrededor de Texas en la “Gran Campaña de Arrestos en Texas del 2010”
Si usted tiene una órden de aprehensión con la cuidad de Everman o cuan cualquier otra cuidad participando en esta Campaña es urgente que se comunique con esa cuidad para evitar la vergüenza de un arresto en su hogar o lugar de trabajo.
